Most people do not realize the importance of Curb Appeal to sell their property. Let’s say you are a Buyer shopping around for a home in a neighborhood. This will work two ways in favor of seller. First the first impression will last. When buyers enter the house they have this thought in their mind and never dare to offer anything below asking price. The second advantage is that they are much forgiving about minor interior cosmetic problems.
